Classification of students is done at the beginning of the fall term and is for one full year with the exception of students in
their fourth year of high school who may move within range of graduation during the school year. Senior classification = a student who is in the fourth year of high school and has satisfactorily completed 18 credits. A Sumner County Graduate is a student who has completed the fourth year of high school and has satisfactorily completed the state and local required 26 credits.
